1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

2. Place all ingredients in a blender/mixer

3. Add water graduall until mix stirs easily (usually about 5tbsp) - It should make a thick batter, not too runny.

4. Line a baking tin with non stick baking paper

5. Pour mix into tin & spread out evenly

6. Bake for 10-12 minutes

7. Remove from oven and slice into 10 squares

8. Enjoy warm or place on a wire rack to cool

   *TIP: If coming back to them later, try popping them in the microwave for a few seconds to make them gooey again!
